Why get a temp. agency for personnel instead of hiring associates?
Hiring employees can be very costly between paying for ads, paying a manager to train the employee(s), cost of payroll, medical insurance, workers comp., unemployment, sick time, vacation time, etc. By having us supply your needs, you don’t need to worry about any of those issues.
Who does the payroll for the temporary personnel?
Staffcaf Miami Corp does. The client never has to worry about any payroll functions such as sick time, vacation time, insurance, unemployment, etc.
How does the client know if the employees are all able to work legally in the U.S.?
All of our associates have proper legal documentation. We require a driver’s license or state issued I.D., social security card, and either a voter’s registration card, birth certificate stating that you were born in the U.S., a Permanent Residence card, or a temporary workers permit that hasn’t expired.
Do the associates work on holidays?
Our associates may work 24-7-365 days a year. All shifts are available.
What if the client request temporary personnel but they’re not happy with one or two of the associates?
No problem. Just call us, tell us who they are so they don’t return the next day and we’ll give you different associates to replace them.
What happens if an employee gets injured?
The client has nothing to worry about. The employee is our concern. We have a general liability insurance up to 1.5 million and workers comp. up to 2 million policy that covers just about everything.
What happens if the client gets an unexpected shipment?
We can supply a large amount of personnel in as little as 24 hours to get any kind of job done. Whether it’s a large warehouse shipment or a last minute hotel catering event.
What if the client consistently requests temp. personnel but they’re starting to go into a slower period?
In slow seasons, the client doesn’t need to request any personnel. And as soon as business picks up they simply call and may have personnel as early as the next day.
What if the client would like to hire one of the temp. personnel?
For release of employee they have to complete 600 hours worked under Staffcaf Miami Corp payroll.
When a hotel requests servers, how do the servers dress?
Our servers are dress for a five star hotel treatment. This includes: a white button down shirt, black bow tie, black vest and/or black jacket, black dress pants, and black dress shoes. NOTE: Our personnel are appropriately dressed for any of the positions that a hotel may request including: houseman, housekeeper, dishwasher, cook, etc. We only hire experience personnel for hotels.
